Chamber Insurance Agency Services provides access to a program that gives community banks a simple, more affordable way to manage a broad spectrum of management and professional liability exposures all in a single policy.

The policy combines:

• Directors, Officers & Corporate Liability Insurance to cover claims brought against banks and/or their management for any alleged breach of duty, neglect, error, misstatement or omission in the performance of professional duties.
• Employment Practices Liability Insurance with Entity Coverage to cover the bank, its directors, officers and employees in claims alleging employment practices violations, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination and sexual harassment.
• Banker's Professional Liability Insurance (E&O) to cover claims resulting from any actual or alleged wrongful acts, errors or omissions committed by bank employees in the performance of professional duties.
• Lender's Liability Insurance with Entity Coverage to cover claims emanating from any act performed by a bank employee for a customer in connection with the granting of or the refusal to grant credit or a loan.
• Fiduciary Liability Insurance (Pension Trust Liability) cover allegations of a violation of any of the many responsibilities, obligations or duties imposed upon bank fiduciaries by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
